Lettre de candidature

Mademoiselle Ge... G
27100 Pavia
Italie

Looking for a temporary/full time job in the Lobbying and Advocacy sector. My areas of expertise concern Energy and Climate Change. I am also willing to start covering assistantship duties, in view to increase my sound knowledge of lobbying activities and eventually perform optimal lobbying tasks.

To whom it may concern.

During my academic and working experience at the EU Commission Representation
in Milan, I gained strong knowledge of EU decision-making processes. My background particularly concerns EU policies on Energy and Climate Change spanning across different portfolios: Industry, Transport, Research, Competition and Internal Market (with special focus on Intellectual Property).

I have
got excellent and updated knowledge of the EU Third Energy Package concerning gas and electricity markets liberalization and integration; the Energy Infrastructure Package, concerning pan-european transmission grids and distribution smart grids. I furthermore gained excellent knowledge of the European Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) regulating Carbon market by way of dedicated trading mechanisms. Moreover I gained knowledge expertise of the European direct and indirect funding programmes, in view to provide R&D incentives to both public and private stakeholders in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency.

As well as my main tasks so far concerned Research and Report activities, I also gained important experience in the Communication sector: from Press Office duties to Information assistantship on behalf of both public stakeholders and Lobbies (Energy Champions: e.g. Eni/Enel, Transport Industry, Manifactural and Mechanical Industry, Academia, Environmental Associations).

One of my strongest abilities is to analise, structure and publicly vehiculate information, also at technical level.
I am dynamic, independent and result oriented, but also keen to perform collaborative tasks.

My objective is to work in a lobbying firm, performing public/regulatory affairs duties and mainly requiring knowledge of EU Institutional framework. Nonetheless I am always willing to cover other kinds of tasks eventually fitting my profile.

I invite
you to contact me at your convenience, while looking forward for it.

Kindly regards,

G.G.
